Trabajar para Connect44 como cualquier organización tiene desafíos diarios a medida que trabajamos para brindar el mejor servicio posible a nuestros clientes, pero saber que todos en su equipo se esfuerzan por alcanzar el éxito juntos significa que si tiene que trabajar largas horas; si está algo agobiado o tiene un par de semanas particularmente desafiantes, siempre hay compañeros que te ofrecen una mano o te invitan a una cerveza una vez que termina un largo día. Estoy muy agradecido de haberme unido a Connect44 hace más de 5 años, en ese momento era una nueva empresa en el mercado rumano, para seguir en el proyecto Maya, que ayudé a comenzar cuando trabajaba en la compañía anterior. Desde entonces, el proyecto Maya se ha quedado en mi corazón debido a las personas que trabajan en él y al gran espíritu de equipo que tiene. Siento que fue un desafío que valió la pena, ya que pude ver crecer el proyecto y tener la oportunidad de ayudarlo a evolucionar y conseguiendo la unión del equipo internacional y logrando que se convirtiese en un verdadero equipo con el tiempo. Connect44 me ofreció la posibilidad de crear relaciones laborales más cercanas, hacer que mi voz fuera escuchada y mis sugerencias tomadas en consideración, todos valores importantes para mí, que no encontré en otras compañías multinacionales de telecomunicaciones en las que había trabajado antes. Me siento empoderada por mis directores de Rumanía y el Reino Unido, para lograr un crecimiento y cambio positivo y me siento valorado como un ser humano, no como una máquina de trabajo o simplemente otro número vinculado a un presupuesto.
