Telecommunication Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management, development, and execution of telecommunication equipment installation projects in mobile base stations.
• Collaboration with technical and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and optimization of proposed designs.
• Supervision and monitoring of project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and established deadlines.
• Adaptation of designs to the specific requirements of each project, considering local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Native English and fluent Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with different departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Valued Competencies:

• Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to telecommunication equipment installation.
• Experience in managing and supervising multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure.
• Previous experience in project execution and design for the installation of telecommunication equipment, preferably in mobile base stations.
