SAP 4 HANA Business Analyst

Connect 44 is seeking a SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud Business Analyst to join our team for an ongoing implementation project.

The Explore Phase (Fit-to-Standard Workshops) has been completed, and the system configuration is underway by a certified SAP implementation partner. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting project team in ensuring successful completion of the Realize Phase, bridging project team, business needs with SAP.

Role Duties:

Business Process Support:

• Collaborate with project team and business process owners to validate configured solutions against agreed business requirements.
• Act as bridge between project team and key users for clarifications and issue resolutions during testing and UAT.

Testing Coordination:

• Internal support for key users on following the test scenarios, test scripts, and ensure alignment with Fit-to-Standard workshop outcomes.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and regression testing with stakeholders.
• Identify and document test results, communicate further for manage defect resolution, and follow the feedback from the project team and from the implementation partner.

Data Migration Oversight:

• Assist project team in defining data migration strategy, including master and transactional data validation.
• Collaborate with project team and the implementation partner on data cleansing, mapping, and load validations.

Training and Change Management:

• Coordinate with the project team the end-user training sessions with the implementation partner and internal trainers.
• Ensure with project team that the training materials are business-relevant and tailored to user roles.
• Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

Project Management Support:

• Monitor progress against designated project timelines and escalate risks or delays to the project team.
• Participate in status meetings, providing updates on assigned responsibilities.
• Document key decisions, gaps, and lessons learned for post-implementation reviews and share this with the project team.

System Validation and Go-Live Preparation:

• Based on the project team review configuration you will need to align with defined scope and processes.
• Support readiness checks for Go-Live, including cutover activities and system handover to business users.
• Support hyper care activities post-Go-Live to stabilize the solution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP projects, preferably in S/4Hana
• Public Cloud, R/3 or ECC.
• Proven experience in the Realize and Deploy Phases of SAP implementations.

SAP Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud modules such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics.
• Familiarity with Fit-to-Standard methodology and SAP Activate framework.
• Knowledge of intercompany processes, master data management, and event-based revenue recognition (desirable).
