Job Summary:
We are seeking a RAN Integration Consultant with experience in Ericsson technologies to advise and lead projects focused on mobile network integration, commissioning, and optimization. This role combines technical expertise in network integration with a consultative approach to problem-solving, providing solutions, and enhancing mobile network performance in multi-vendor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on best practices for integrating and optimizing mobile networks in multi-vendor environments.
· Lead and coordinate the implementation of RAN solutions for Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment.
· Provide advanced technical support to field teams during integration and troubleshooting.
· Design optimization strategies to ensure maximum performance of implemented networks.
· Oversee the remote provisioning of network elements and features.
· Conduct testing and validation of pilot solutions prior to full-scale implementation.
· Ensure proper creation and resolution of tickets related to network incidents.
· Ensure updates, swaps, and other site integrations are completed on time and in line with project specifications.
Requirements:
· Deep knowledge of Ericsson technologies.
· Extensive experience in remote provisioning, network management, and mobile network performance optimization.
· Proficiency in NMS protocols (SNMP, XML) and scripting tools.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex network problems.
· Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
